E-fuel projects are not failing on technology. They fail at Final Investment Decision, because they are built as bespoke chemical plants. We build a product instead: standardised, factory-made, replicable, and cheaper with every unit produced.
Our ambition is not one large plant. It is a production run – a fleet of identical units whose pooled output is large enough to carry institutional offtake, and whose cost falls with cumulative volume rather than with project size.
